We have set a date for the DYS Annual General Meeting for 2021. This will take place on 20th November 2021 at 7:30pm.
The meeting will be held online using Google Meets so if you wish to attend please ensure that you are familiar with this online video beforehand. It is similar to Zoom/Microsoft teams although there is not separate “app” as it runs in a browser. Anyone can create a meeting and try it out so this you can do this prior to the event if you wish.
Should you wish to propose a change to the constitution then this needs to be received by the secretary 6 weeks in advance of the meeting, therefore by 19th October 2021.
