A huge congratulations to all of this year’s sailors. The prizes for the end of season have been awarded to the sailors and the results are available on the awards page.
If was another close competition with 2 sailors going into the last race able to win the series. Sophie held out though and won the Series and the John Gimson Cup for the highest associated club trophy. Jacob came second overall but wins the Derbyshire shield as the highest placed Derbyshire sailor.
The year also saw a number of new sailors who have improved throughout the year . Well done and we hope that you all will continue to improve and we all look forward to another close competition in 2025.
