Derbyshire Youth Sailing

We are proposing to run a pre-season race training day on Saturday 5th Match at Swarkestone SC, if there is sufficient interest. This will be for all boats and abilities, with a minimum level of being able to competently complete a triangular course, independently. A confirmation email will be sent when it has been established that there are enough entrants for the event to go ahead.

The club will be open from 8.30am with a 10am rigged and ready to go the water start. The day will run until 5pm.

The cost for the day will be £15 per sailor and a responsible adult must remain at the club during the day.

It may be possible to hire Toppers, Optibats and Hartley 12 from Swarkestone. Please indicate this through your registration.

Hot drinks and cake will be available to purchase during the day and there is access to a microwave.
