Team Racing is a series of short snappy races over one lap, where your combined score as a team counts towards the result. It is a great, fun way to improve you boat handling, knowledge of the rules and racing skills, which you can apply to your fleet racing, as well as opening up the potential to represent Derbyshire at National Schools Sailing team events. It is usually sailed in single handed Topper boats (3 boats in a team) or in double handed Fireflies or Fevas (2 boats in a team).
You do not need to have your own boat as all boats are provided by the event.
